An Earthship, Here, In Clinton County!
This past Sunday Energize Clinton County got to witness Green History in the making for Clinton County. Martinsville (about ten miles outside of Wilmington) resident, Mike Prell, is developing Clinton County’s first Earthship, which is scheduled for completion early this summer. Mike and his wife Kim own a lavender farm they call Peaceful Acres, which holds the Earthship, five acres of lavenders, and plans to plant organic produce this coming season.
